It is impossible to know everyone's skin and allergies so it is up to the customer to read the ingredient label. Old Craft Arts completely believes in accurate labeling accurding to FDA standards and requirements. Please make choices intelligently.

  • OLD CRAFT ARTS : Because all of our bath and body products are handcrafted in small batches and we want them to come to you as fresh as possible, please allow4-7 days process time from order for you items to be ready for shipment or delivery. We will strive to deliver as quickly as possible, however.

    CLIFFORD CREATIONS: Most jewelry items will be in stock at ordering, however, occasionally some lead time may be required to make up a piece just for you. Please allow 2-7 days before shipping/delivery.

  • OLD CRAFT ARTS BATH AND BODY: We place customer service very high on the list of priorities, however, we regret that because of the nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, we can not accept returns on opened products. Please contact me for information on returns or if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
